[removed phone] - Coast Guard inspected May 2012--EXCELLENT rating! Located at Pete's Harbor with a LIVE ABOARD slip, U.S. Coast Guard documented vessel. Three cabin, two head layout. Sleeps 10 (v-berth double, stateroom double, two settees extend to doubles, and queen aft master stateroom). There is 6'5" headroom throughout the vessel (6'8" in the salon). Chain locker/storage forward (accessible from on deck). Just aft is the enclosed V-berth with double to port, storage below, lockers to starboard, and dressing seat. Large Lewmar hatch overhead. Aft to port is a stateroom with double berth, drawers, and deep storage underneath, shelves, and hanging locker. To starboard is the forward head with vanity area, stainless sink, mirror, shelves, locker, and 3 drawers, plus a separate stall w/toilet and shower. To aft is the salon with settees port and starboard, folding leaf table with cabinets in the center. Fiddled storage behind the settees. Vessel hauled, bottom stripped, dried, 80 small osmotic blisters filled/faired, epoxy barrier coated, and painted. Bottom has been cleaned and zincs changed on regular basis by professional diver.
